Nancy Novello, M.Ed.

Nancy has been a special education teacher for 26 years, working with students with special needs at the Cleveland School of the Arts. She  has also taught regular education in grades K-8. Nancy has 30 years of classroom experience with a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Cleveland State University.

Nancy has extensive training and experience in differentiating instruction, providing one on one interventions, facilitating alternative testing strategies, incorporating IEP goals in instruction, assisting with study skills, addressing the needs of students with challenging behaviors, providing curriculum modifications and accommodation support. She has  love and background in music, art, dance, drama and  creative writing experience both personal and professional. She has a natural caring attitude with children and young adults which makes her a perfect fit at the Perspectives Academy.
